Privacy & Payment Policy

All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, we will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery. In such cases, the system will automatically cancel the order, and we may contact you to select an alternative payment method.

The details on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the information of the cardholder. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit card used belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it. No credit card details or payment data are stored on our systems.

Account Cancellation & Data Modification

Upon your request, Reefi will perform the following:

  • Correct or update your personal information.

  • Stop sending promotional emails to your email address.

  • Deactivate/cancel your account to prevent any future purchases through it.

You can submit these requests through your user account settings, or by contacting us via Email or WhatsApp.

Customer Service Department:

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices displayed on the website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of your order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by Reefi through its website.

Discount Coupons

  • Discount coupons have a specific validity period; once a coupon expires, it cannot be used or reactivated.

  • Each coupon has a minimum order value required for activation.

  • Discount coupons cannot be applied to promotional bundles/packages.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Reefi, our goal is to ensure our customers' complete satisfaction with our products. To guarantee your health and safety, returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited for products that have been opened.

In the event of a technical error on the website, Reefi reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of the amount paid back to the customer's account.

Manufacturing Defects:

Reefi guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects or damage. In the event of such a defect, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

LaBelle Devices Warranty:

All LaBelle devices are subject to the approved warranty policy inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers the internal mechanism/motor only and does not cover the external body of the product.

  • The warranty period is calculated starting from the purchase date of the product in the original order.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days (excluding official holidays and weekends). Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account and will not be paid in cash.

  • The customer will bear the delivery/shipping fees for orders that have been shipped but were not claimed or received.

  • The customer will bear the delivery/shipping fees for orders canceled by them after they have already been shipped.

Promotional Bundles (Product + Discounted Product)

If a customer wishes to return promotional bundle products, they have the right to either return the entire bundle or return the discounted product only.

Offers & Promotions

  • Customers are entitled to benefit from the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offers on selected products within the specified category.

  • Customers are entitled to benefit from available set offers and their respective discounts.

  • Customers cannot return a free promotional product for a cash refund.

  • Customers are eligible to exchange a free promotional product in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

  • Customers may apply any discount code specifically designated for free shipping.

  • No additional monetary discount codes can be applied to "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotional products.

Acknowledgment

Placing an order on the website constitutes full agreement and acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions. Reefi bears no liability if the customer fails to read and review them prior to purchase.
